    中国物流与采购联合会(China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing 简称CFLP)，是经国务院批准设立的中国第一家物流与采购行业社团组织，总部设在北京。她由1980年成立的中国物资经济学会、1984年成立的中国物流研究会、1995年成立的中国物资流通协会，经多次演变而来，2001年4月更为现名。联合会的主要任务是推动中国物流业的发展，推动政府与企业采购事业的发展，推动生产资料流通领域的改革与发展，完成政府委托交办事项。政府授予联合会外事、科技、行业统计和标准制修订等项职能。中国物流与采购联合会是亚太物流联盟和国际采购联盟的中国代表，并与许多国家的同行有着广泛的联系与合作。

    中国物流与采购联合会物流装备专业委员会是直属于中国物流与采购联合会的社团分支机构，由国内著名物流装备企业发起成立，具备独立开展社团工作的资格，目前已有会员企业上百家，汇集了中外知名的物流装备生产、销售企业，及相关的科研院校和行业媒体。

　　物流装备专业委员会正在针对物流装备产业在国内、外市场的发展状况进行调查研究，还将陆续针对我国物流装备行业发展的提出政策建议，并参与我国物流技术与装备行业标准制定与修改。物流装备委员会成立以来，多次与美国、欧洲、日本、韩国、香港、台湾等国家的物流协会开展交流与合作，组织企业参加国内外专业展会、论坛等交流活动。这些活动不但可以协助我们的会员企业积极地开拓国际市场，同时，也成为了外国企业了解中国，了解其客户需求及合作伙伴的重要途径。

China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP), the first social organization of logistics industry in China, was established in Beijing and approved by the State Council. CFLP comes from the China Society of Materials Economy established in 1980, the China Logistics Research Institute established in 1984, the China Association of Materials Circulation established in 1995, and the name now in Beijing in April 2001. The main missions of CFLP are to push the development of logistics industry in China, to boost the development of procurement business of the government and enterprises, to assume the tasks commissioned by government. The government authorizes CFLP some functions of the foreign affairs, science and technology, trade statistics and standards drafting & revising, etc. As Chinese representatives of the Asian-Pacific Logistics Federation (APLF) and the International Federation of Purchasing and Materials Management (IFPMM), CFLP is playing active role and wildly cooperating with counterparts in many countries.

The Specialized Committee for Logistics Equipment of CFLP (China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing), which is initiated by some renowned Chinese logistics enterprises, is a sub-branch of CFLP.

The Specialized Committee for Logistics Equipment is mainly aiming at promoting the industrial development of national logistics equipment; enhancing the innovation of technology and equipment; establishing the full-fledged industrial criteria; standardizing the market competition order; promoting the construction of self-brand; facilitating the international cooperation and communication; and improving the capacity of market competition.

It will be widely making the enterprises involved with logistics technology and equipment become its members and starting up the industrial research; will be putting forward the suggestions on the policy for the industrial development of national logistics technology and equipment; will be collecting, analyzing and publishing the industrial information on national and international logistics technology and equipment; will be starting up the consulting services concerning information and technology; will be organizing ,participating in the specialized exhibitions, fairs and symposiums etc.; will be informing the needs of industry and its members of the governmental sectors to protect the legal rights of enterprises; and also will be assisting the member enterprises in developing the international market, taking part in the reconciliation of foreign trade disputes, contacting the international groups concerned and organizing the technological communication and cooperation between national and international logistics equipment industry.
